Sounds like you've done quite a bit of TS'ing there - nice! Three things you may look at - you are already looking at one - the video card. While it sounds right, with the errors you have, it can also be other items as well. Follow through with the videocard trade - it's a good start. Two other items you may look at is your power supply and the mainboard itself.

If the videocard issue does not resolve your problems, check the psu first - try something similar or more powerful than what you have - a lack of sufficient power or a malfunctioning psu can cause those issues as well.

You may want to drop some specs on your psu and videocard here as well to help out.

And welcome to Techimo!

BTW - where did you get F7 from? Is that a beta version BIOS update? I only see F6 as the last 'released' version.
