You probably have the CPU fan in the Chassies fan connector. Although im guessing you already figured that out. Happened to me because of something i did wrong and it cooled it fine i think. If you leave it like that get some utillity to moniter your CPU temp and tell you when it approches to high. If you leave it like that just be careful.
