But nevermind, LCDs do not "refresh" and hence do not flicker, regardless of the image rate you feed them. 60 Hz is OK, and is actually the recommended setting. | ok.. thanks ... makes more sense now... well, going to have to wait a few years before i fall into the realm of the 7K to 8K series..
