Ctrl+Shift+W might work for you (but it doesn't for me on W2K). <--oops, that's for Opera 
Alternately, if you have a way to bind keystrokes to a key sequence perhaps you could bind a series of "alt-F4"s...maybe 8 or 9 times?  |
