Hello. I wanted to take a sec to say THANK YOU for the information you posted. I'm a 29 year old single mom with little extra cash so taking my notebook in for repair again just simply wasn't an option. When I came across this thread, I sat and read every little thing, then yours. Step by step instructions. Didn't plan on it working due to my lack of knowledge with computers. Lets just say I about died when power came back on. (after 2 weeks with little hope) So thank you for making this simple enough for just about anyone to do. You Rock!
