Unable to browse the web anymore.

I first noticed this last night when logging into myspace. I was able to view the main page but when logging into my account I got the "Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage" error. I did the diagnostic and it said my internet was fine and blamed it on the page. After asking a friend if they were able to see myspace and then I found out that they could I realized it may be me. I then proceeded to check the other computer in the other room and it did the same thing. Loaded up the main myspace page and then when attempting to log in it came up with the same error and now when going to the main page on either computer it comes up with that error.

Here is the down-low. I'm the administrator on both computers. No websites are blocked, no settings have been changed within the last 24 hours. Its not a certificate issue because I'm not restricting any. Both computers have IE7 as well as MYIE2 (Maxthon) browsers. The error occurs in both browsers. I'm currently running a spyware scan and am about to run a virus scan. I haven't installed anything recently so not sure why its happening to me and even then why certain websites cause now its doing it to a few other websites I've gone to.

Any ideas on what may be happening? I'm thinking reformat but why would this happen on 2 completely different computers used by different people? Worm maybe?

Update: I've now solved the problem with a few of the websites by deleting the cookies. Myspace.com still remains to be unviewable. Still not sure whats causing the issue. Which means I still have something going on with the computer.
