wow. thanks for the replies. I just got it back up and working, it crashed a bunch of times and then wouldnt even post. Finally I took a look at the memory and decided to take all out but one chip. It came up with no problems. I didnt know that memory going bad could cause that. I knew it could lock up your system and cause window error messages, but to make a high pitch sound and lock up was unusual.

Anyways problem solved after it forced me to resolve the issue through trial and error.
