I burned the home server image to a dvd but it doesn't "do" anything LOL!

I'm new to this iso image stuff; how do I make the DVD Home Server and CD Restore disks bootable??? Or startable? Or whatever?

Remember, I'm trying to get this to run in Vmware; so it needs to be a bootable disk (I think)...
