Who cares? Speed doesn't matter for plain video. The card is capable of 2d rendering at the necessary resolution of the TV, and therefore it is perfectly capable of driving the TV. (Though, such a card would require software decoding of video, as opposed to the hardware decoding of a more modern card. Still, on modern systems it wouldn't make that much of a difference.)

Doesn't really matter anyway, I guess, since it's already been ruled out for future compatibility reasons.
