Does the Kaspersky AV CD normally look like a CD-R?

I just bought Kaspersky Antivirus 6.0 for my mom from Amazon.com. It came today and I opened it, looked at the CD and backside looks like a color that would be on a CD-R.

The label looks good, the box looks good, but there is a clear divide between burned area and non-burned area, with the data side having a slight green-ish hue versus just pure reflective.

My question is, should I be concerned or is this just a different kind of CD the company uses for manufacturing?
