Vista Documents and Settings: Access Denied
I came across something interesting today. Funny how long I've had a Vista workstation, and how little I've dug around in it. I don't do nearly as much working on computers as I did playing on computers. But back to the topic.
Trying to access your Documents and Settings folder in Vista from an explorer window? Then your probably received this error: Location is not available. C:\Documents and Settings is not accessible. Access is denied. [OK]
Well, that's only because it's not a shortcut or folder you're seeing, it's a junction. http://www.svrops.com/svrops/articles/jpoints.htm
