Hello People, I have a HP Compaq NC6000 that doesn't power up. When I switch it on, a fan comes on and an amber light for about 15 seconds before it switches itself off. I have replaced the battery and tried a new mains charger but unfortunately I have had no joy. Any ideas anybody for a remedy.
