I only picked "Point system to be used when accepting people from all nations." Although this was a very controversial topic and stirred up a lot of heated debate. But I think that when accepting immigrants from other countries, the government should take time to check upon their backgrounds.

In New York, (I don't know much about other places in the country) Asians tend to pass ESL classes faster and have incentive to work harder. But this is the exact opposite with the Hispanics. Maybe given their economic background or some other reasons, they just don't work but cause much trouble.

Now this doesn't mean EVERY single Hispanic or Asian does as what I described. There are ALWAYS exceptions. But this is true for the majority.

So, here's my question. Should the government allow people who will only cause trouble in the state? Didn't the gangs like MS13 or bloodz or crypts start similar to these trends with the rising illegal immigration? I think the government should just take much more time to see who should be allowed in and who shouldn't be.
