Okay... I have a PC at work.. i made it myself... it's an older Compaq with Via chipset.. 800mhz AMD Athlon , 512 sdram , 20 gb HD , 2 USB ports on back, 2 up front , nvidea 128mb 5200 agp video card ..

nothing special.. it's running win XP w/SP2 ...

I recently installed a Trendnet USB wireless Lan .. it installed fine, no problems... configured the wireless for our network.. no problems... got to work today.. worked fine... then it just quit... i can't find it located on my pc anywhere... even under (system / Hardware / device manager), it's not under (network connections) ... it's no where... ?????? Some one was in my office... doing some phone work... (the pc is not hooked up to the phone though) .. but i am curious as if he messed with something... as he said he changed my screen saver to "blank" for some reason.. saying i was going to burn out my monitor... (even though i have it set to go off in 15 minutes)...

anyways... i tried all the USB ports and they work with my external 4gb HD .. i tried the TrendNet USB lan in my home PC and it works... but it won't even boot up or even get noticed by windows in the pc at work ...? ... ??? do you think someone messed with it..?? I even did a system restore back to yesterday.. but it still doesn't work...???????

any suggestions would be great.... i think i am being messed with.. and i am kinda PO'd !!!
