THANKS. I happen to have one of these....And I've had the spool cap come off once...I was more concerned that if I hadn't see the cap bounce off the fence I might not have seen it and thus a dead trimmer.
I got the the Black n Decker trimmer because the Toro I purchased lasted 12 minutes before the handle broke in half...
