They are awesome for cooking for 1-2 people! Chicken, fish, burgers, dogs, etc. The Foreman comes with a great recipe book. Pull it out of cupboard, plug it in, put in your fav, close the lid, set the timer and that's it. The juices and grease go into a slide-out drip tray. Super easy to clean and put away too, Surreal. Get the biggest you can afford.
