Blue Screen at Windows Load Screen
Hey IMOers,
My brother in law just gave me a call because his computer wasn't working. I took it in and was messing around with to see what the problem is. What happens is that is goes through the POST test and then reaches the loading Windows Splash page, stays there for just a second, flashes the blue screen, and then goes right back to restarting.
I tried a few things but sadly my knowledge isn't as keen as some here on the forums. I swapped out the memory to see if that was the problem with no luck. The temps are normal and the power supply seems to be consistent for it not to be a power issue.
I am pretty sure it is either his SATA HDD or just some crook in Windows that made it hiccup to the point of death. Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks!
