I found the problem - Norton Firewall had the old linksys MAC Address cached as the trusted network. I removed the Linksys MAC and added the new gateway address and it cached the new MAC address. All is well and I'm back up and sharing.

I did need to release the MAC Address on each machine, since they are all running norton firewall. For the IP based Printer, all I did was reboot.
