Its really depends on your budget.

Heres the benchmarks. You run multiple resolutions and games.

Also, be aware that the GTX will require more power than the GTS. Your looking at ATLEAST a Quality 450W with the GTS and ATLEAST a 500W for the GTX.

You may want to consider an Intel Core 2 Duo setup as well.
Heres some CPU Benchmarks.

Realize that Bigger and Better computer hardware comes out every year. The only way to keep up with HIGH settings in all the new games is to upgrade periodically.
