New Build: Please advice

I am building a new rig for a friend on a budget. It's not for gaming, it's for work, he is a college lecturer therefore stability is paramount so no overclocking unfortunately.
Below are links to the parts list:

Cpu: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/118226
Mobo: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/130329
RAM: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/131566
HDD: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/94406
PSU: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/120376
DVD R/W: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/129527
Case: http://www.ebuyer.com/product/119589

I have checked the components for compatibility for example: The mobo has ports for the 2 sata drives and the PSU has connectors for the sata drives. But if you guys and girls could spare a moment would give it your "Seal of approval" or not as the case may be.

The guy i'm building this rig for needs it like yesterday so i have to buy what is in stock now and i like ebuyer because there cheap in general, have no delivery charges and have not previously failed me.

Thank you, James.
