I got the smallest Razer mousepad I could find, and it was bigger than my desk so I ended up giving it to the gf. The wrist rests on what I have now is great and has helped alleviate the pain, but the mousepad itself isn't that great. Wish the fancy mousepads that catch my attention had wrist rests though.
