You can see a small black plastic lever above the hinge on the right side of the output door located on the front of the unit. I feel sure that this is probably the culprit but without knowing the type of switch this is, I am hesitant to pull this thing apart. I hate to do it, but I may just have to use something to brace the door up slightly when I am using it. It's against my nature to do that, but rather that break something it might be the easiest way around the problem....
