Nice setup!
And those are some crazy low temps. Congrats.
As far as overclocking your GPU, use Rivatuner. IMO, it's the best program to use for overclocking.
You should have fairly good luck. Just make sure you run stability tests while overclocking. It sucks when you in the middle of a game, and it freezes..
