HI there..
There is one way you can overclock your CPU. I personally have never tried it before, but I've read about on multiple sites.
It's a pin mod, where you draw a line between 2 pins on the processor itself, and it changes the FSB from 1066Mhz to 1333Mhz.
I've seen a couple of guys online get Dell servers with the Q6600, and pin mod them, with success.
I don't know how far your willing to go for a overclock, but this is just about the only way with a motherboard with no overclock settings. Article about the pin mod. And in post #10, the guy confirms it works.  |
