Hi there, Welcome to TIMO! 
You have to go into your bios, and look in the options to disable it.
Most ASUS boards, you hit the [delete] key to enter bios.
After you've changed the option, hit [F10] and that will give you the option for "Save and Exit".
And that should do it!
