Upgrading RAM, any suggestions?

I want to upgrade my RAM to 4GB from 2GB
I have G.SKILL 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)

I have an EVGA 122-CK-NF68-T1 LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 680i SLI ATX Intel Motherboard running windows Vista.

The Motherboard supports
Memory
Number of Memory Slots 4×240pin
Memory Standard DDR2 1200
Maximum Memory Supported 8GB
Dual Channel Supported Yes

Does anyone have any suggetions of what ram to buy?

I could pick up 2GB of the same RAM for $45 free shipping at NewEgg
or Put in 4GB of faster RAM and remove the old RAM
maybe
G.SKILL 4GB(2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1000 (PC2 8000) Model F2-8000CL5D-4GBPQ $115

Is DDR2 1000 25% faster than DDR2 800 ?
