1st, The RAM is not compatible.
2nd, Your information is not stored on the RAM when the PC has no power. All info is stored on Hard drives.
What you need to think about if you need your info off your old PC is you may want to pull the Hard drive out. You can if you would like as an option, get an external enclosure to place the Hard drive into. That will hook up via the USB port.
