Speedstep basically turns down your CPU when the system isn't under load. Like instead of running @2.4Ghz or whatever it is stock, it will turn it down to like 1.5Ghz or so, to kill heat and power consumption.
You can have it off or on, I personally have it shut off. It messes with overclocks. Quote: |
Advanced: Performance Application support ON or OFF I highlighted the on option
I'd have this on also. Quote:
Memory CMD Rate: Auto, 1T, or 2T Auto is highlighted, After reading your post I changed it to 1T and ended up resetting my CMOS. Still picks up my ram at 800Mhz
You need to leave that at 2T. There is no way your RAM will run 1T @800Mhz. Quote:
C1E Support: On or OFF mines on
OFF Quote:
EPP/SLI: on or off --- I set this on from off it sounded good when i read it
On Quote:
HDD Accoustic Mode: Bypass,Quiet, Suggested, or performance, Mines on bypass
Basically, set it to performance, or leave it at bypass.
