Hi there, Welcome to TIMO.

Do you have another system to test the card in?
Also, do you have another GPU to test on the AsRock board?
Also, check to make sure the card is fully inserted into the AGP slot. I've done that before, was just barely out, and it caused it not to work.
Try these, and post back.
