funny waste of power.
In the HRBT, MMBT ... they have the lights turned on in the opposite direction indicating you are traveling the wrong direction. Dozens and dozens of 100 watt lights turned on 24/7. This may seem logical but if you make it that far you are not looking at lights.
government buildings. parking lot lights after the store is closed. cops parked at the side of the road watching for a 3 am U-turn at an intersection where no hazzard is posed by the activity at that time (just because he knows the light is annoying and will yield tickets)
PS I would leave thing on daylight savings and never return. I like getting home while it is still light. So fall back and never return.
