I don't have much office experience, but the one I have worked had windows on two sides...on a sunny enough day, the lights could be shut off and the sun would provide enough light - after all, computer monitors don't need ambient light to work.

The classrooms that have windows are what I'm thinking about. Plenty of sunlight coming in, yet every fluorescent light is on. Stupid, if you ask me.
