The Q6600 on my Dell factory build is 44 load 40 idle, 60's sounds hot to me, I would freak and begin tearing my dell apart to get to the Cpu. Good luck finding out what's too hot, I would like to know myself. So if you find out please post it.

Oh and this probably won't do much good to mention, but I found this video http://youtube.com/watch?v=fRRWbQUqW1Y&feature=related he says that for the Q6600 or quad cores to spread thermal grease out more when applying(not apply more but spread it out more). Whether or not this is true I would like to know this as well.
