That's a little warm dude. But, not over the limit. 70°c is the warmest you ever want to see one of your cores, but more then likely instability will hit before that high of a temp will.
But on 1.25volts, you should not be hitting that high of temps. What HSF do you have on it?
How did you apply the thermal paste?
