How did you apply the thermal paste?

Yeah, it seems funny. I am using the stock HSF that came with it, stock thermal pad as well. I may have brushed the pad in installing it( as in a small touch, but cant remember). I am thinking about re-seating the HSF, but I am dreading it since Ill have to do major surgery in removing the mobo so I don't break it installing that sucker. Should I re-grease as well?



Lasher - thats some high voltage - won't that damage your CPU? I thought the threshold was 1.3700?






edit-pondering my own question, I should re0grease if there is any thought as to my negligence in installing the HSF with the transfer pad thing.
