Which pretty much explains my warnings when linking to one of his site's reports.

Anyway, pointing to the more provable aspects of the report, the Phoenix Federal Bureau of Investigation flyer mentioned in the article and by Bingo does exist. The Abby Newman case was also a rather big ordeal when it occured a few years ago.
