I was accepted in a pvp guild called the Varangian Guard today. It seems that all of the good pvp guilds plan on joining the same server so that they have good competition. Keep in mind that a big guild will have problems in AoC as there is a member limit in sieges and defense of keeps / towns, better to find a smaller guild.
