You should have just asked in the WOW thread. If this thread already won't be merged.

2. Any class can fill this in pretty much, but if your concerned with lvl'ing fast you may way want to go for dps'er, or at least dps spec while lvl'ing. (not including hunters kk)
3. thottbot, allakhazam, wowwiki, wowhead
And it doesn't really matter what kind of advice we give to a noob because you prolly won't have an idea what the hell we talkin' bout just yet. There are plenty of guides around though you might want to check out.

AFAIK a bunch of TechIMO'ers are over on Stormrage Horde side.
