well it isn't total bs . it has been known for a long time that water injected into the cylinder can increase the power of the engine . the reason being is that during the compression phase the water doesn't compress . it takes up space, thus driving up the compression. so more of the of the fuel is burned in the burn phase , all the fuel injected into a cylinder is never fully burned .so you are putting less fuel into the cylinder and getting more of it to burn . so it would give you better mpg because you are injecting less gas .
i would think it takes more than what they are selling to make this all work .
