I saw a new card is out from Nvidia: The 9600gso. It has some wierd specifacations. Does anyone know which is better: 9600gt -or- 9600gso

9600gt:
-512mb
-64 stream processors
-256 bit

9600gso:
-1536mb
-96 stream processors
-192 bit interface

Does the extra memory and stream processors make up for it's lesser bit interface?
