but they had every right to arrest her. commenting on the contents may not exactly be technically a search. someone needs to evaluate the contents before it is towed away.
But long and short she had no right to resist providing proof of registration and License.
and contrary to old alex jones this is nothing new. traffic stops are as old as traffic cops. |
