I did alot of reading since my post. Now i really dont know what i want to do. The E7200 is looking good for a budget but for another 70 bucks i can get the E8400. I guess im gonna have to see how much money i have to play with. Atleast the video card is already bought so i dont have to worry about that.

As for OC'ing ive never been a fan because ive never needed to reach a peak perfomance. Im playing AoC right now with under 10fps so if i can bump it upto 30 i would be happy. Anything more then that and its just overkill to me.
