4 pin molex to 3 pin "female"

I got a digi doc 5 to control and moniter and control my case fans. The fans for the proc, chipset, mem, and vid card are all 3 pin fans. So those are set. The problem is that my 3 case fans are 4 pin molex.

I looked everywhere including newegg, sotrickcomputers, mwave, etc. All the 3 pin to 4 pin molex adapters are 3 pin "male" to 4 pin molex.

Where can I get a 4 pin molex to 3 pin "female"? How hard is it to make my own. I bought a solder gun for another project.

I guess I could break down and buy 3 case fans that use 3 pin adapters.

Thanks guys.
