Will an HP Brio BA600 Motherboard work for this upgrade?

Hello, I have an HP Brio BA600 that I have taken apart. I would like to use some of the parts to build my own (first) computer, but I am not sure if they will work. I do not know the serial number for the Motherboard (well I just don't know how to find it). Here is what I have that I would like to keep:
HP Brio BA600 Motherboard
PSU from computer (says 90W DC output)
The CD/DVD and Floppy Drives from the computer
The Brio Case

I need to get a new:
CPU
RAM
Graphics Card
Hard Drive

I am upgrading this old computer mainly to play games- but not terribly computer-overwhelming ones- more like Unreal Tournament, Age of Mythology, GTA 3, stuff like that.

My question is- can I keep this motherboard and case and be able to upgrade the computer? I am looking to put 2 GB of RAM, a Seagate 320GB hard drive- what suggestions do people have for a CPU and graphics card?
Do I need a new PSU?
Is this something that is possible to do all by myself with just internet help or do I need to take it somewhere after installing the aftermarket parts?

Sorry for all the questions and help would be greatly appreciated.
