Indeed, the 4850 is the fastest of all the cards you've mentioned. Plus, it's only ~$180 after rebates. And that's brand new. It's currently the best bang for buck card. It's faster then the 9800GTX, and uses a lot less power too.
But I totally agree with JRB3, I wouldn't even think about a new graphics card until I did something about the CPU/RAM. You won't even get half the performance of what you should with any of the fore mentioned cards with your current setup.
