My suggestions.
1. Drop that PSU and get this:

But I really think either of those aren't gonna cut it with 2x 4870's. It will be close at least.

2. There are better coolers out there. The Zalman is OK, but if your gonna be OCing you want something different.

3. You can save money on the motherboard. This motherboard is the same thing, even has a Formula silk screen on the board, but it's cheaper.
