I have a bunch of suggestions, but I'll start with something simple. Don't shop at TigerDirect unless you plan on NOT getting the rebates back. They are horrible when it comes to getting rebates back to people. Instead, look at this site:
www.newegg.com
They generally have cheaper prices without rebates, and if you don't mind rebates, then their prices really can't be beat.
Now that's out of the way, what is your budget for this PC?
You have some decent parts picked out, but there is room for improvement. I can throw together a list if you like. Normally, I go for best bang for buck. And I'm also a Overclocker, so I have a pretty good idea of what would appeal to you.
