Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service has stopped working?

A little back ground.

PC Working b4 vista SP1.

Two drives. 2nd one shared.

Remote Desk Top working OK.

All other PCs on the network are able to access shares on 2nd drive.

Then I installed SP1.

Now when ever PC reboots I get "Windows Media Player Network Sharing Service has stopped working "

I also have installed a third drive. Its shared and set-up the same as the first drive but people are getting access denied.

Is this connected?

I have done the google of my question and I get...

1) Reset the DRM.

2) MF.DLL

Cant find MF.dll on this PC, looked in root/...system32/

As for the DRM I cant understand why that would stop sharing of files!

A nice easy fix please people as am brain dead this month
