thing I'm wondering was did they fix the "issue" with requiring a crossfire chipset to run the ATI x2 cards? (is crossfire mobo required. or can one run it with out one & still be able to use both GPU's?)
I remember reading somewhere they might be putting crossfire on the board itself so it no longer required a crossfire mobo to run the dual GPU cards...? not sure if that was with the 3870x2 or 4870x2... but remember reading some "rumors" about that, a while back, last year sometime I think?
