Why did you change your mind? Are you a OC'er?
As far as the board, I would wait till the new AMD SB750 Southbridge comes out(late July or early August) and then pick up the board. The new Southbridge is gonna offer better power management,(10watts full load) and will have better sound. Plus, it will drive down costs on the older SB700/SB600 boards.
