Question
what should my cpu voltage be? (new to overclocking)

ive got an asus p5k se mobo socket 775LGA with a q6600 (2.4ghz) processor.
i have upped the fsb to 333mhz from 266 (i think)
left the multipler at x9
and changed the cpu core voltage to 1.4v
the overclock is fine and temp does not exceed 42 degrees c under stress (got aN asus silent knight cooler)

only problem is...when i turn the pc on, the power comes on for 2 seconds, cuts out, and then kicks in again. is this normal or should i lover or raise the core voltage??
the psu is 700w but not sure of the make. g card is ocuk 8800gtx.
many thanks for any replies.
